    Conditions of Use:

    1. The temperature of the medium does not exceed 120℃, and the density is 1.0-1.3kg/m’.
    2. The exposed liquid level of the motor partdoes not exceed1/2.
    3. The pump must be used within the head rangeto ensure that the motor is not overloaded.

    Model Meaning


    Important instructions before use

    1. Avoid pulling the cable when lift or moves the pump or itsequipment. Please use the handle of the pump, or it may beelectric leakage.
    2. Avoid hit the pump and put it carefully when moving .
    3. Install the self- acting circuit breaker, prevent the pump fromthe electric shock duo to weak nonconductor.
    4. Voltage confirmation:

    <1> Single- phase : 100V~240V

    <2> Three-phase : 200V~480V

    <3> Make sure the voltage is the same to the nameplate stated when operating the pump.

    1. Frequency confirmation :Make sure the frequency is consistentwith the frequency shown in the nameplate.
    2. Avoid dry running : Avoid operating the pump without water, orthe pump’s life will be reduced
    3. Cable extension : Pay attention to the cable size and length if thepump need to extend the cable. Or the improper cable may causelow the voltage, difficult to start the motor and reduce the pump’s life. Avoid put the cable’s terminal into the water.
    4. Direction of operation confirmation:

    <1> Single- phase : The fixed direction is set before delivery.

    <2> Three-phase :If the pump operate in reverse rotation, rewire either two of 3-prongs.

    If the pump operates in reverse rotation, it result in vibrating hugely, strange sound, reduce the flow and even the motor be burn out.

    1. Does not use pump flammable or explosive fluids such as gasoline,fuel oil,kerosene, etc.

    Do not use in a flammable or explosive atmosphere. Personal injury or property damage could result.

     

    Important instructions during use

    There is supposed to a normal sound during operating the pump, no matter what kind of the pump is. If you find any head, electric current, vibration and sound is different from the usual condition, maybe it is a sign that the pump will be breakdown. Please check with the troubleshooting list immediately to find out the potential defect’s possibilities.

     

    Important instructions after use

    Operate the pump under the clear water and clear the filter then put and keep the pump in dry place after use. Otherwise, if the pump is place into the water and unused for a long time, it will result in rust and reduce its life.

     

    Warranty

    2. There is something wrong in the pump at the first use. Contact the dealer or us immediately.
    3. You don’t have any guarantee if the pump damage in the operator uses improper or other nature disasters.
    4. Warranty period and scope is described in the warranty note.

     

    Important instructions before installing

    1. Check the specification shown in the nameplate whether it meets your need, such as model, caliber, voltage, frequency, phase, head, flow and others before installing the pump
    2. Make sure to no damage during transportation. Especially, the copper of the cable shall not be exposed, screw and nut shall not be loosened.
    3. Make sure there is no shortage of spare parts.
    4. Make sure the direction of the operating pump. The operating direction shall be anti-clockwise when testing the pump before use.
    5. Note the limit of the cable extending and electric capacity, otherwise, the pump is unable to start or run.

     

    Important instructions during installing

    1. Make sure the frequency and the voltage is consistent with the nameplate stated. Especially, supply electricity by generator.
    2. Pump must run under the rating voltage, the tolerance must be within +10%.
    3. Avoid using the extending cable. Otherwise, it may cause the voltage drop off. In addition, avoid the terminal of the cable touch the water, prevent from the electric leakage.
    4. Avoid pulling the cable when removing the pump, or the electric leakage due to the broken cable and bad isolation.
    5. Make sure the use of the ground terminal. The color of groundterminal is green.
    6. Must install the self- acting circuit breaker to prevent the electricleakage.
    7. The pump should be located and rest on the solid, level foundationDo not place the pump directly on clay, earth, gravel or sandysurface. The surfaces contain small stones, gravel, sand, etc. That may clog or damage the pump and cause the failure.
    8. Draining pipe must match with the pump. Caliber of pipe is smallerthan the one of pump, it will cause head loss hugely and less flow.Or, the bigger one will be clogged by foreign object.

     

    Important instructions during operating

    1. Turn on the power. Make sure the water runs smoothly throughthe garden hose straight it and no kinks or obstructions.
    2. Pay attention to the draining condition and the volume meetsthe requests.
    3. Pay attention to the unusual vibration and noise when operatingthe pump.
    4. Avoid operating the pump below the watermark. The motor will bedamage or failure due to lack water cooling and high temperature

     

    Maintenance

    Always turn off the power before attempt to check and maintain the pump.

    1. Clean foreign objects from the pump: Draining the water withmud and sad, especially the water with cement, must let the cleanwater flow into the pump to clean before stop operating the pump Otherwise, the mud, sand and cement or others will clog the impeller and the internal of the pump. It is unable to start or run the pump next time.
    2. lnsulation resistance : Check once per month regularly. Measurethe isolation resistance between each phase of the motor andground terminal by 500 V of isolation resistance meter. Make sure the measure value is above 10 n. But, the measure value is below 102,must maintain the pump immediately.
    3. Check bearing seal and lubrication grease: The bearing seal unitwill be used for 5000~6000 hours average calculated by drainingclean water. Once find the lubrication grease is turbid or air bubble must maintain and replace the new bearing seal and lubrication grease. At least, check the lubrication grease once half a year.
    4. Storage: Check the lubrication grease, impeller and isolationresistance before storing the pump. There is enough time toprepare before next maintenance. Besides, wash the inner and outer of the pump by clean water. After it is dry and without any moisture content, store in the dry place.

    Step 1:
    Fix the outlet socket to the bottom of the pool with expansion screws
    Step 2:
    Insert the 2 guide rails into the holes at the bottom of the main body
    step 3:
    the top of the 2 guide rails should be inserted into the 2 holes of the third part of the coupling (supporting structure)
    Step 4:
    Fix the third part of the coupling (supporting structure) on the edge of the pool wall (near the ground)
    Step 5:
    Connect the second part of the coupling (connecting plate) with the outlet of the pump with bolts
    Step 6:
    The chain passes through the hole in the middle of the second part of the coupling (connecting plate), and the water pump is lifted by the chain
    Step 7:
    The two semi-circular grooves of the second part of the coupling (connecting plate) are aligned with the two guide rails, and the water pump will slide down along the guide rails.
    Finally:
    after sliding down to the bottom, it will automatically couple.
